Pilates and Sports:
We all do Pilates, but do we use it outside the studio? This workshop shows how to apply the Pilates Method to enhance the four basic athletic movements in sports (push, pull, run and jump) using the Mat, the Reformer, and Chairs. This class will focus on work done after the systems using the different apparatus.

The Strong Mat:
Take your Mat class to the next level and feel the Pilates method work as a true conditioning modality of exercise. Build stretch, muscular endurance and power with the advance Mat with variations and Joe’s calisthenics at the end.

ALL Chair:
From Joe Pilates’ most advanced apparatus, the Wunda Chair.  Learn to lengthen and strengthen your Spine using the stability and support of the Electric and Baby Chair.

Extras:
This workshop covers how to get the most out of the Neck Stretcher, Toes Exerciser, Bean Bag Roll Up device, Magic Circle, Push Up Bars and Breath-A-Cizer.

Morning Mat Class:
Rise and Shine with some Basics, “the Heart and Soul” of The Pilates Mat and then some

The Reformer:
We’ll Start at the Feet, Go for the Flow and Wrap Up with Questions

Electric, Wunda and Baby Chairs:
Lengthen and Strengthen your Spine, we’ll move these chairs from your Gut

All Barrels:
Spine Corrector, Small and Large Barrels – Flex and Extend your Spine, stabilize your hips and Shoulders to strengthen your Core

The Wall Unit:
A Group Class – Explore the Dynamic design of the unit to include Springs to challenge your Mat Work

The Cadillac:
There is no Order. Introduce Pilates here for your challenged clients or Challenge your Clients here

Private:
A 55 minute Personal Pilates Session, customized for your body or make your Best Request
